Ballistic rubber products are used to stop bullets which helps to prevent ricochets and lead splash-backs thereby reducing lead dust propagated from repeated range firing.

Sunflex ballistic rubber composite product effectively minimises the risks of ricochet and splatter, significantly reduces airborne lead contaminants, and delivers surpassing ballistic capabilities that stand apart from any other material or cold press binding method.

The ballistic rubber products manufactured by Sunflex have been certified at the Level 3 NIJ 0108.01 standard.

Sunflex ballistic rubber panels, blocks, and traps have passed both penetration and anti-ricochet ballistic testing. We have fire from several angles, including MSC, HSC, and SLR ammunitions.

Sunflex ballistic rubber products, which encompass panels and blocks of all sizes, are entirely produced using heated mould technology.

We stand out on a global scale by using heated mould technology and numerous of additional innovations, such as recycled rubber binding composition and proprietor manufacturing.

The most effective and accurate method of evaluating the quality and durability of ballistic rubber panels, blocks, and traps is by conducting the NIJ 0108.01, Level 3 test.

In addition, an independent firing test was conducted with an assortment of ammunition in a specific recycled rubber and density, as well as over 300 firing rounds.

Sunflex ballistic rubber products are subjected to ASTM and EN standards testing.

Sunflex is capable of manufacturing self-healing ballistic rubber panels and blocks. This is the final ongoing innovation that we are developing.

Additionally, we provide a variety of services to ensure our customers’ satisfaction, including customization and timely delivery of products that meet their preferred specifications.
We inspect at each stage of production to ensure that our products are defect-free.

All technical specifications for Sunflex ballistic rubber products can be found here.
We are committed to producing the highest quality rubber products possible by adhering to all specifications based on our previous experiences.
We’ve designed and engineered the optimal size that’s simple to install and manage on a global scale.
