Sunflex Recycling Pvt Ltd would provide a limited one-year warranty on ballistic rubber tiles and blocks to the original customer, subject to certain terms and conditions. This limited warranty is conditional on the following:
The limited warranty shall be valid for one year from the date of purchase as confirmed by the Original Purchaser’s purchase receipt. The term “Original Purchaser” refers to the initial purchaser only and expressly excludes distributors and dealers.
Within 30 days of the date of purchase, claims must be submitted in writing to Warranty Claims at Sunflex Recycling Pvt Ltd’s corporate registered office. Purchase documentation will be requested. Prior to replacing any defective material or product, Sunflex Recycling Pvt Ltd reserves the right to inspect or test it.
If the original purchaser refuses to grant Sunflex Recycling Pvt Ltd and its agent access to the installed products and fails to assist in obtaining such access,
this limited warranty will be considered null and void.

Installing the product on a flat, hard surface can lead to issues. The addition of accessories or parts not sold by Sunflex Recycling Private Limited can lead to complications.
UV ray exposure and sunlight penetration can cause fading and/or discoloration.
Natural disasters can cause a variety of problems and damage.
Sunflex Recycling Pvt Ltd’s tiles are entirely produced from recycled used tyres. Used tyres include truck, automobile, and off-road tyres.
As a result, the size of crumb granules in tiles may differ depending on past orders. As a result, the recycling process may differ slightly amongst tiles.
It may affect the tile’s colour variation and granules.
When heated or dyed, the constituent characteristics of automobile and truck tyre crumb can change, resulting in batch variation that impacts the effect of tile edges, dimensions, colour variation, and tile granules.
Sunflex Recycling Pvt Ltd maintains the right to withdraw or cancel any warranty claims.
